Frequently asked questions.

How long does it take once I drop the flowers off?

Kindly note that lead times may vary due to seasonal fluctuations and our ongoing project schedule upon receiving your flowers. With meticulous care, each arrangement is crafted to perfection, resulting in a completion estimate of approximately 3-4 months, considering flower varieties and arrangement size.

Do you offer Shipping?

We do! We can ship anywhere in the Contiguous United States for $30. Depending on the orders weight, size and any additional accommodations, it could vary. Outside of this region, we can ship, it will just vary on your location.

What materials do you use?

We have frames ranging in sizes and material able to accommodate any space and decor; wooden, gold, white, black, and we’re always willing to find the perfect frame if it’s not listed!

We also use local Conservation Clear UV filtering glass from the frame to help your flowers from fading from sunlight.

Can I customize my frame?

ABSOLUTELY!!!

We take great pride in offering personalized attention to each customer, working closely with you on an individual basis. Even if you don't find precisely what you envision among our online options, we are dedicated to discovering the perfect elements to bring your dream flower artwork to life. We aim to get everyone who would like one, a vision board so they can see what they might expect from the finished product!!

Will my flowers stay the same color?

Flowers are natural and so is the process of them drying. In this your flowers will change from what you dropped them off as.

  • Red/deep-colored roses will get darker

  • White flowers will develop into a more off-white or yellow tone (even with color correction, they will not be bright white)

  • ”Bruising” or “translucent spots” may occur. To reduce this, try not to handle/touch/throw your flowers. (Pro tip: do a bouquet toss with an artificial bouquet!)

  • Some tropical flowers/greenery may not survive the drying process or may turn a brown color.
